Connors Run traditionally takes place in September, where individuals participate in a 9.6km or 18.8km fun run along the scenic Port Phillip Bay beach path.

Connor's Run is about finding your awesomeness, celebrating courage and celebrating Connor Dawes. Inspired by a big heart and brain, the Robert Connor Dawes Foundation was created in June 2013 in the memory of Robert ‘Connor’ Dawes.

In light of COVID, Connor’s Run will look a little different this year with participants encouraged to do ‘Connor’s Run Your Way’.

Some examples:

  • Running 1km a day, every day in September.
  • Do a Calendar Club – add a km every day until you have run 30km by the 30 September
  • Walk 9.6km every week in September.
  • Cycle, Skate, Scooter, Kayak or Row your way throughout September.
  • Pledge to shoot 100 hoops a day, smash a tennis ball against the wall, or kick a footy.
  • Complete the traditional 9.6km or 18.8km on a course of your choice!

Whatever you choose, be sure to do it your way
